Job description
Manage the nursing care for all patients in the unit during your shift
- Delegate the shift’s tasks to all of the nurses in the unit and coordinate with physicians who might need assistance
- Recognize changes in patients’ condition and respond appropriately
- Supervise Nursing Aides as they complete their assigned tasks and point out any changes or improvements that need to be made
- Detect any issues that could result in injuries or other difficulties for patients or staff members
- Inform physicians of any changes in patients’ progress, condition or medicinal needs
• Nurse qualifications and skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required (Masters of Science in Nursing preferred)
- Excellent leadership skills
- 4+ years’ experience nursing in a hospital environment
- 2+ years’ supervisory nursing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of familiarity with hospital safety practices and procedures
Pay: ₹12,116.36 - ₹32,203.58 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
• Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)

• City Location - Jaipur
• Responsibilities:
The Job Roles requires the incumbent to do the following activities:
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and delivering Medical treatment to the concerned patients at home in consultation by visiting physically.
Assess patient’s condition and suggest type of Treatment required.
Assess and report the progress of patient.
Proper bed side Treatment.
Proper documentation.
Treatment in a standard manner.
Proper advice on exercises to be done at home.
Develop and review treatment programs.
Write patient case notes and reports.
Educate and advise patients and their attendees about how to improve and/or prevent conditions.
Assess, prescribe and monitor assertive devices for mobility.
Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients.

MBBS with registration.
