Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
Prepare and issue distribution invoices in Showbizz software accurately and on time.
Generate MIS, statements, and periodic reports related to collections, outstanding, and distributor performance.
Perform reconciliations (invoice vs. collections, territory-wise, exhibitor/distributor-wise).
Follow up with distributors/exhibitors for timely payment collections and maintain tracking of receivables.
Prepare collection reports during film releases, including daily/weekly tracking and escalation summaries.
Maintain organized records of invoices, debit/credit notes, receipts, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (distribution, legal, operations) to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Assist in closing activities and ad-hoc finance support as required.
Education Requirement :
Necessary:
Graduate in any stream
Desired:
Graduate in any stream
Experience Requirement :
Necessary: 6-8 years of experience in Distribution Accounts
Desired: 10 years of experience in similar profile
