Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shipment coordination, logistics tracking, MIS reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily dispatch and logistics operations.
• Coordinate shipment bookings, tracking, and delivery updates.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain shipment records, dispatch documentation, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams regarding order dispatch timelines.
• Communicate with courier partners, transport vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track delivery performance and resolve logistics-related issues proactively.
• Ensure smooth inventory movement and dispatch planning.
• Analyze shipment data to identify delays and improve operational efficiency.
• Confirm successful deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and shipment tracking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office applications.
• Experience working with dispatch portals and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
