Role-Strategic Alliances and Partnerships
Organization-Intellect Design Arena
Location-Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore
Reporting- Chief Partner Officer
Education-Full Time MBA
Experience-8-16years
Key Responsibilities
• Identifying strategic partners by conducting market research to find the appropriate companies or domains to explore strategic alliances
• Build and execute a plan to elevate our partnerships and build a robust opportunity pipeline. Our partnerships involve collaborating on GTM, product, technology, and marketing
• Manage, liaison and maintain close relationships with existing and prospective partners to establish long term, as well as opportunity based, alignments.
• Building a partner channel ecosystem for identifying and sourcing business opportunities and nurturing partnerships with boutique and Tier 1 consulting firms, to leverage their client network for business development
• Build sustainable, trusting relationships across the “Alliance partner”, and lead efforts to ensure the delivery of all technical resources into the sales campaigns of our partner.
• Build processes to grow our pipeline, innovate with GTM, market jointly with partners to customers and explore new avenues of growth
• Identifying the right opportunities, framing deal structures, negotiating, and closing out of deals with a focus on business development, and sourcing deals.
• Scale impactful partnerships and build a cross-functional view of the organization across sales, marketing, product, and customer/partner success
Skills Required:
• 8-16 yrs. in alliances and channel partnerships experience
• Experience in Fintech or Technology companies under BFSI channels will be added advantage
• Ability to adapt and willingness to work independently in a high stake, fast changing environment
• Strategic thinker with a strong ability to blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives
• Demonstrated history of working closely with senior leadership to drive company vision, and strategic priorities and ability to manage clients/partners independently with minimum supervision
• Exceptional communication skills- written, verbal and proven ability towards constructive networking.
• Team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products/Tech solutions and similar enterprise solutions
