• In the absence of Operation Department head, the appointed proxy assumes his/her roles and responsibilities

Responsibilities
• To manage all manufacturing Operations functions which include Manufacturing, Production Control.
• To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer
• To maximum revenue for the company.
• To maximize Fab capacity and utilization
• To meet or exceed company?s quality and reliability goals
• To meet all statutory requirements
• To ensure that the Fab is safe and healthy place for all to work in.
• To ensure compliance to SilTerra?s Environmental Management (EMS)
• To minimize risk for the company.
• To ensure efficient manufacturing practices are in place Via theory of Constraints (T.O.C0 Program)
