About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative PR Mumbai to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for the company by managing media relations, creating engaging content, coordinating PR campaigns, and supporting brand communication initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and company events.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.
• Manage crisis communication with guidance from senior leadership when required.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Identify opportunities for positive media exposure and thought leadership.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role.

Required Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in media relations and content writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PR monitoring tools is a plus.
