Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at 163 rooms for Fariyas Hotels & Resorts located in Lonavala. As a General Manager, you will oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include financial management, marketing, and maintaining quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
• Proven experience as a EAM/Ops Mgr or similar executive role in the hospitality industry
• Background - F & B Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations in the hospitality sector
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
