JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership for Briercrest's marketing and communications efforts, ensuring that marketing initiatives effectively support student enrolment growth, institutional advancement, and the mission and strategic priorities of Briercrest.
This position leads the Marketing Department, develops and executes integrated marketing strategies, and works collaboratively within the institution to strengthen awareness, engagement, trust, and support for the enrolment and advancement goals of Briercrest Christian Academy, College, and Seminary.
SCHEDULE AND HOURS
Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
Occasional evening and weekend work required for events/travel
QUALIFICATIONS
Agreement to live within the Briercrest Institutional Covenant and align with the mission, vision, and values of Briercrest Christian Academy, College, and Seminary
