Purpose
The Americas Director of Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of the downstream strategic marketing plans to drive adoption of the BVI portfolio in both direct and indirect markets for cataract, glaucoma and retina surgery across key markets (US, Canada, Brazil). This individual will lead several key new product introductions. She/He will work closely with Global Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, ,Training, Sales management Operations to articulate and localize the value proposition, develop segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging and promotion of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze the market, competitive dynamics, and local trends.
Develop and execute downstream marketing plan and tactics in collaboration with cross functional teams.
Define and implement launch strategy for the US market including any required localization of positioning messaging to priority target segments
Identify and manage relationships with local KOLs and societies.
Work with Field Sales team to ensure coordinated marketing communication.
Monitor, analyze and synthesize business performance trends.
Manage Marketing budget
Qualification
