Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to conduct door-to-door visits to hotels within an assigned territory. The goal is to promote our products/services, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets through in-person interactions. Residential of Mumbai should be apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular door-to-door visits to hotels, guest houses, and hospitality businesses.
Pitch products/services, demonstrate features, and explain pricing or promotions.
Identify potential leads, convert them into customers, and maintain client relationships.
Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and client requirements.
Ensure proper branding/visibility of products (if FMCG or similar industry).
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the back-office or supply/logistics team for timely delivery.
Attend team meetings and trainings as required.
Key Requirements:
1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in hospitality or B2B segments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of local area and hospitality industry is a plus.
Proficiency in basic mobile apps or CRM tools (if required).
