About the Company
Position Summary
The Director of Influencer Marketing will lead the company's influencer strategy, partnerships, and creator ecosystem to drive brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated influencer campaigns, managing agency and creator relationships, overseeing budgets, and leading a high-performing influencer marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage creators, influencers, ambassadors, and content partnerships across platforms.
• Build long-term influencer programs that strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the influencer marketing team.
Influencer Partnerships
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, celebrities, and talent agencies.
• Establish strategic partnerships with macro, micro, and nano influencers.
• Develop ambassador and affiliate programs to maximize ROI.
• Ensure influencer partnerships align with brand values and target audiences.
Campaign Management
• Plan and execute multi-channel influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with brand, content, social media, PR, and performance marketing teams.
• Oversee campaign timelines, content approvals, compliance, and execution.
• Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and payment processes.
Analytics & Performance
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for influencer initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Leverage influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms to optimize results.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Budget & Vendor Management
• Own influencer marketing budgets and forecasting.
• Manage relationships with agencies, technology vendors, and creator platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships to maximize value and efficiency.
Compliance & Brand Safety
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Maintain brand safety standards and monitor influencer reputation risks.
• Develop influencer governance and best-practice guidelines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
• 3–5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale influencer campaigns and budgets.
• Strong understanding of creator economy trends and social media platforms.
• Experience negotiating influencer and talent contracts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
