Director of Data Science – Security Clearance
Our client, a provider of intelligent solutions for government and corporate decision-makers, is hiring a Director of Data Science to join their team on a full-time remote basis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the data science strategy, driving innovation and delivering actionable insights that align with the company's business objectives.
You as the ideal candidate will be Responsible for:
• Developing and implementing the company’s data science vision and strategy
• Nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning
• Leading, hiring and mentoring a high-performing team of data scientists
• Overseeing the designing of data science solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address business challenges and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
You as the ideal candidate ill require:
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
• Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
• Over 10 years of experience in data science, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling data science teams.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
