Job Description
• Posting and overseeing journal entries, fixed asset accounting, Inter- company transactions and month-end reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate month end MIS
• Preparing month end and regular balance sheet and P&L schedules
• Preparation and review of IFRS, Reclass related entries
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services.
• Drive efficiency, accuracy, and implement value-added initiatives to strengthen the finance function.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Work closely with AP, AR, and FP&A teams to ensure smooth and timely month-end closure.
• Contribute to building and scaling the finance function in line with organizational growth.
Qualification, Experience/Competencies
• Chartered Accountant (CA) is must
• Prior Experience of working with US clients in GCC or Captive/Controllership roles preferable
• +10 years of relevant experience in GL domain
• Exceptional people management skills
• Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management
• Knowledge of automation, Quality improvements
• Ready to work as individual contributor as and when required
• Experience in automation or transformation of F&A processes

• Strong analytical, Time Management and Good Presentation skills
• Organized with keen attention to detail
Technology/ERP
• Must have substantial ERP experience – SAP, Oracle, D365, Blackline
• Understanding of latest tools and technology – Workflow, Digital Dashboards
