Team Overview
The Global Technology, Data & Analytics organization advances TransUnion’s technology modernization, data, and analytics priorities across a global, matrixed environment.
This role partners closely with the GT International leader and GT leadership teams and serves as the primary Human Resources point of contact for GT associates outside the U.S., helping translate business priorities into practical people and change strategies. This role reports to the VP HRBP.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
• Partner with Global Technology, Data & Analytics leaders to align people priorities with business goals, transformation efforts, operational needs, and workforce requirements.
• Serve as the HR change management lead for international GT operating model evolution, assessing organizational impacts, aligning leaders and stakeholders, and supporting clear execution across non-U.S. associate populations.
