Job Description
Preparation of current tax, deferred tax, effective tax rate reconciliations and tax notes for Statutory Accounts and Group reporting.
• Preparation of Computation of Income of the Company and its Group Companies.
• Preparation and filling of Income Tax Return of the Company and its Group Companies.
• Calculation and payment of Advance Tax on quarterly basis.
• Assist in preparation of Country-by-Country Reporting.
• Reconciliation of 26AS/TIS/ AIS with Financial Statements.
• Preparation and filing of Statement of Financial Transactions (‘SFT’)
• Supporting Automation Projects for Direct Tax compliances and Reporting.
• Supporting in Internal Audit and SOX requirements for Direct Tax Compliances and Reporting.
• Preparation & Maintenance of documentation for Direct Tax Compliances.
