Job Description
• Candidates should have Knowledge on Java and operations support.
• Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Operations & Support with a background of Web Services and Java Support.
• Must have working experience on Splunk.
• Candidates should have excellent communications skills and have a positive attitude to learn new skills.
• Candidates should have to work in shifts on 247 models including night shift.
• Basic knowledge on operations support processes/tools like JIRA, Cherwell/ServiceNow, Release Management process.
• Basic knowledge on SOAPUI and Postman.
• Basic knowledge on Unix and Shell scripts and commands.
• Candidates should have a Java background and can do code analysis. Candidates should have experience in analyzing Thread dump & Heap Dump.

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
