We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Consultant Senior Consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Preferred Experience:
• Ideal candidate has been supporting traditional server based relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle) for over 4 years out of which last 2+ years in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Database administration experience in SQL Server 2008/2012/above versions
• Database administration experience in Oracle11g /12c/above versions
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Maria DB, Azure/AWS based SQL PaaS/RDS instances is a plus
• Strong deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting experience in high-availability database environments (Always-On, Clustering, Mirroring, etc.).
• Experience performing SQL backups, restores and recovery models
• Able to provide 247 shift hours support at L1 level
• Experience in updating KB articles, Problem Management articles, and SOPs/runbooks
• Passion for delivering timely and outstanding customer service
• Great written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers
• Strong ITIL foundation experience
• Ability to work independently, with little or no direct supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years of overall operational experience
• 2+ years of Azure/AWS experience as a cloud DBA (SQL/Oracle/MySQL)
• 3+ years of experience working in diverse cloud support database environments in a 247 production support model
• Experience with scripting, SSIS, SSRS and T-SQL
Preferred Certifications:
• Azure fundamentals certification (AZ-+00) - REQUIRED
• Azure Database Certification (DP-300) - preferred
• AWS Certified Database Specialty - preferred
• MCTS, MCITP, OCP certifications a plus
Four Year BS/BA in Information Technology degree or equivalent experience
