Key Responsibilities:
Design Development
• Conceptualize and design innovative digital safe lockers tailored for the luxury segment.
• Create detailed CAD models, 3D renders, and prototypes that reflect both functionality and elegance.
• Ensure designs align with Della’s luxury brand standards and aesthetic vision.
Technology Integration
• Incorporate advanced security technologies, including biometric systems, IoT integration, and AI-enabled features.
• Collaborate with technology partners to ensure seamless functionality and user-friendly interfaces.
Material Selection
• Source and select premium materials, such as high-grade metals, leather, and luxury finishes, for manufacturing.
• Ensure all materials meet durability, quality, and sustainability standards.
Manufacturing Coordination
• Oversee the production process, ensuring precision, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, artisans, and suppliers to refine designs and production methods.
Market Research & Innovation
• Stay updated on global trends in luxury products and digital security solutions.
• Introduce innovative features and design concepts that set Della’s products apart in the luxury market.
Job Expectations
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in product design and manufacturing, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino) and rendering tools (e.g., KeyShot, V-Ray).
• Strong understanding of digital security technologies and IoT systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for luxury design.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
