We're looking for a Digital Media Manager & Planner to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid digital media across all channels. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and hands-on management — translating business goals into media plans, allocating budgets, launching campaigns, and continuously optimizing performance against clear KPIs.
Media planning & strategy
• Develop integrated, data-driven digital media plans across paid search, paid social, display, video, programmatic, and emerging channels.
• Translate marketing objectives (awareness, acquisition, retention, revenue) into channel mix, budget allocation, and measurable targets.
• Forecast reach, frequency, CPM/CPC/CPA, and ROAS to set realistic goals and pacing.
• Research audiences, competitors, and channel trends to inform targeting and positioning.
• Build and maintain flowcharts, media calendars, and budget trackers.
Campaign management & execution
• Set up, launch, and traffic campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs).
• Manage day-to-day pacing, bids, budgets, and bid strategies to hit delivery and efficiency goals.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to brief, source, and QA assets and ad specs.
• Manage relationships with media vendors, agencies, and platform reps.
Optimization & analytics
• Monitor performance daily/weekly and proactively optimize toward KPIs.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on audiences, creative, placements, and bidding.
• Build clear, actionable reports and dashboards; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Track spend against budget and ensure accurate reconciliation and invoicing.
Collaboration
• Partner with analytics to refine attribution, tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversion events), and measurement frameworks.
• Share learnings and best practices across the marketing team
