Digital Media Designer & Editor
Job Description
About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented designer & video editor to create compelling visuals for ads, social media, and digital content. This role is primarily design-focused (~70%) but also involves video editing (~30%) for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube content.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in:
Graphic Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
Video Editing: Movavi (for quick edits), Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
While not required, it’s a major asset if you’re comfortable on-camera and can occasionally film short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
This is a hybrid-remote position; all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, however preferential consideration may be given to candidates who can report to Rentsync's Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Static Content
Create ad creatives for Google, Facebook, Instagram, and programmatic ads
Design social media posts, blog visuals, and infographics
Maintain brand consistency across different platforms
Adapt and resize designs for various digital channels
Video Editing & Short-Form Content
Edit Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts using Movavi & Adobe Premiere Pro
Enhance videos with captions, motion graphics, and effects in After Effects
Assist in editing longer-form content for YouTube & marketing campaigns
Content Ideation & Collaboration
Work with marketers & leadership to develop creative assets
Support campaigns with engaging designs & video content
Contribute creative ideas for social content & brand storytelling (optional)
On-Camera Presence (Preferred)
Comfortable filming Reels and TikToks if needed
Confident in speaking on camera or interviewing others for short-form content
