Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Trainer role based in Jagadhri. The trainer will deliver classroom-based and practical sessions on core digital marketing topics, including social media marketing, online advertising, content marketing, and basic analytics. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive workshops, demonstrating digital tools and platforms, and guiding learners through real or simulated campaigns. The role involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining training records. The trainer will also collaborate with the team to update course content, stay current with industry trends, and support promotional activities related to training programs.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts clearly and confidently.
• Practical Marketing experience, with knowledge of online campaigns, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
• Training and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, courses, or coaching sessions.
• Hands-on Social Media Marketing expertise across major platforms, including campaign planning and performance tracking.
• Basic Sales skills, with the ability to present programs effectively and build positive relationships with learners and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as social media management platforms, basic analytics tools, and content creation software.
• Ability to work on-site in Jagadhri, manage multiple batches or classes, and adapt to diverse learner backgrounds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
• Previous experience in digital marketing roles or training roles is preferred but not mandatory if skills are demonstrable.
