Job Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in executing successful online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in performance marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and content-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Create and manage content strategies for SEO and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversions, and prepare monthly performance reports
Work with design and content teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies
Manage email marketing and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
Stay updated with the latest tools and industry trends
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, and content marketing
Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google/Facebook/Hubspot) is a plus
