About the Role

We're seeking an Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging email content, managing stakeholders, executing email campaigns, and possessing basic design skills using Figma.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Content Creation: Develop compelling email content for campaigns.
Collaboration with the Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to refine email messaging and develop effective campaigns.
Execution: Create visually appealing email briefs for designers, execute email campaigns using Leadsquared, and ensure emails are mobile-friendly and follow best practices for deliverability.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with the marketing team to gather content, feedback, and approvals for email campaigns, maintain clear communication with team members, and other departments.
Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor email campaign performance and analyze key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
Basic design skills and proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
Familiarity with Leadsquared.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
