The Social Media and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing WAM's strategic social media and marketing plan. This role focuses on increasing WAM's presence, growing program enrollments, and driving audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute a marketing schedule for social media, email newsletters, and other communication assets.
Develop engaging daily content on WAM's social media platforms that effectively communicate the organization's voice and optimize engagement.
Produce weekly to bi-monthly email campaigns in Mailchimp or similar platforms.
Identify target audience segments and develop targeted marketing strategies tailored to donor, student, educator, and ally segments.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
Advanced proficiency with marketing tools, digital marketing, and related platforms.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet competing deadlines.
