Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and maintain all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Schedule and publish regular content across platforms, ensuring it aligns with the social media calendar prepared by the marketing lead
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Content Creation:
• Write engaging and compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging
• Assist in developing content ideas that align with the event’s goals and objectives, including promotional posts, announcements, and event highlights
• Collaborate with the design team to produce eye-catching visuals, graphics, and multimedia content
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to align social media activities with paid campaigns
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure all content is on-brand and tailored to the target audience
• Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, including influencer partnerships, contests, and community engagement initiatives
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates
• Provide regular reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement
