Key Responsibilities: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Social Media Management:
Post and manage content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
2. Content Coordination:
Work closely with the content team to develop a cohesive social media calendar.
Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
3. Design Collaboration:
Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics that complement the content.
Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the visual presentation of social media posts.
4. SEO and Analytics:
Utilize SEO best practices to improve the visibility of social media posts and website content.
Monitor website traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics.
Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights.
5. Digital Advertising:
Run and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google.
Monitor and track the performance of digital advertising campaigns.
Provide recommendations to optimize ad performance based on data analysis.
Ensure that ad spend is within budget and goals are being met.
6. Additional Responsibilities:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Assist in the development and execution of broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to marketing and brand messaging.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sats are off)
Working Time: 8.30am to 5.30pm
9.30 am to 6.30pm (Employees working on Sundays are eligible for a comp off)
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
