About Us
We are a fast-growing D2C women's ethnic wear brand selling premium Jaipur and Sanganeri print apparel through our Shopify store. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can profitably scale Meta and Google Ads while maintaining target ROAS and profitability.
Role Overview
We need a marketer Executive who understands unit economics, customer acquisition costs, creative testing, funnel optimization, attribution, and profitable scaling.
This role is focused on campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of performance campaigns at scale.
Your primary responsibility will be to increase revenue and profit through Meta and Google Ads while maintaining efficiency targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads:
Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
Develop testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and offers.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Manage prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns.
Analyze ad performance and optimize daily.
Monitor daily performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, spend pacing)
Google Ads:
Manage Google Shopping campaigns.
Manage Performance Max campaigns.
Run Search campaigns for branded and non-branded keywords.
Improve product feed quality and Merchant Center performance.
Tracking & Analytics:
Setup and maintain:
Conversion API (CAPI)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Google Merchant Center
Ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
Suggest improvements for:
Product pages
Checkout flow
AOV improvement
Conversion rate optimization
Creative Strategy
Create testing plans for:
UGC ads
Static creatives
Video ads
Collection ads
Offer-based campaigns
Required Experience:
Minimum 2+ years managing D2C brands.
Experience managing ₹3L+ monthly ad spend.
Strong Meta Ads experience.
Strong Google Ads experience.
Shopify experience.
GA4 knowledge.
Conversion API implementation experience.
Preferred:
Fashion/Apparel brand experience.
Women's fashion category experience.
International market experience (US, UK, Canada).
Experience scaling brands from ₹20L/month to ₹50L+/month revenue
