🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO?
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analysing web traffic metrics, and optimising content for digital channels to enhance online brand presence. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to align marketing strategies, deliver exceptional online experiences, and identify growth opportunities.1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and campaign objectives.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Monitor trends, memes, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
2. Content Creation & Creative Direction
• Write compelling captions, headlines, scripts, and campaign copy.
• Brief designers and video editors to produce high-quality static posts, reels, stories, and ads.
• Conceptualise innovative campaign ideas and content series.
• Ensure all content aligns with each client’s brand voice and identity.
3. Paid Digital Campaigns
• Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Platforms, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads, and ROI.
• Track budgets and performance metrics.
4. Analytics & Reporting
• Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platform insights.
• Prepare client-friendly performance reports with action points.Use data to refine content and ad strategies.
5. Client & Team Collaboration
• Participate in client meetings and present ideas confidently.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and account managers.
• Manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Experience working with an agency is a strong plus.
• A portfolio showcasing social media pages, campaigns, or content you’ve managed.
Skills & Evaluation Criteria
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Basic design sensibility and familiarity with design tools.
• Knowledge of paid advertising and campaign optimisation.
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance metrics.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Proactive, energetic, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. BONUS POINTS IF YOU
• Create content yourself (short videos, reels, graphics).
• Stay active on social media and naturally spot trends early.
• Understand influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
• Have experience with AI tools/Apps and other social scheduling platforms.
