Digital Marketing Professional, with 6+ years of experience with leading Digital & CLM.Brief Summary: Educational Background: MBA Currently associated with a leading Digital First organization, should be able to leads CLM Capability Building for next-gen data insighting, targeting & communication. The candidate handles organization's pan-India digital communication to >300mn own users, catering to all lines of businesses, via all key digital communication channels. Launched innovative digital tools enabling enhanced data-led insighting, segmentation & targeting, which resulted in business growth Pan India. Key result areas include overall aspects of performance marketing, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Cross-selling and New Product Development. Leading a team of 5 team members and 40 off-roll members to achieve the above.Achievements: Led Target user communication across all channels - Push, WhatsApp, SMS. Contributed directly to an increase of >10% average revenue per user & >5% in additional services per user, FY 23-24. Improved Channel metric - 2X increase in top of funnel CTR (Click through rate ratio) and increase in bottom funnel conversion FY 23-24. The brand campaign conceptualized by candidate helped to increase CTB (click to buy ratio) Digital Presence & Social Media Management Oversee school digital presence across: o Websiteo Instagramo Facebooko YouTubeo Wikipedia Plan and implement monthly content strategy. Ensure brand alignment across platforms. Track engagement and share monthly performance reports.3.
