CARS FOR TOYS (CFT), Entrepreneurs Academy Canada, and the Sunny Setia personal brand are growing into a full-scale media platform — and we need a high-performance Content Creator & Marketing Lead to capture it, craft it, and distribute it to the world.
YOUR ROLE;
This is a full-time, in-house role for someone who lives and breathes creation. You’ll be embedded in the business daily — filming, interviewing, editing, posting, strategizing, launching campaigns and building funnels across multiple brands.
You will build and broadcast and empire
Daily video & photo creation — Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, long-form interviews, behind-the-scenes
Running full social presence across IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Threads, etc.
Hosting & filming interviews / client features / podcast-style conversations
Launching & managing Facebook/Instagram Ads + lead funnels
Designing landing pages, capture forms, nurture sequences
Strategizing marketing across 3 brands:
-CFT — Boutique Automotive Brand
-Entrepreneurs Academy — Personal Growth & Leadership Platform
-Sunny Setia — Author, Speaker, Mentor Brand
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
Minimum 3 years in digital marketing / content creation / media production
Confident on camera & behind it — can speak to people, interview clients, direct stories
Understands storytelling and conversion — not just content, but impact
Knows Facebook Ads / Meta Manager + funnel systems (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi or similar)
Can work independently — fast, creative, and execution-focused
Thinks like a builder, not an employee
Compensation
Base + Performance-Based Bonuses / Commission Incentives
