About this role:
This position will be a part of the Growth Marketing vertical for the brand. The Growth team at this brand is a horizontal team that cuts across all existing and upcoming rapid commerce brand verticals primarily responsible for traffic, acquisition, and reactivation of users to the platform. This is a Full Time Contractual (FTC) role for a period of 6 months. You will primarily be responsible for driving marketing operations for rapid commerce / quick commerce business. You will directly work with the growth marketing team to onboard new channels, execute and manage campaigns with agencies and deliver the targets.


Responsibilities:
Planning and Managing all Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing activities across business verticals.
Taking insight-driven approaches toward media strategy and planning. Identify trends insights through AppsFlyer and other tools to optimize media budgets and deliver media efficiency.
End to End responsibility for managing agencies for digital marketing campaigns of new user acquisitions, retargeting campaigns via Google /Facebook /DV360/Search /Programmatic/affiliates etc.
Setting measurable KPIs of Customer Acquisition Cost, Conversion Rates, CTR etc.
Optimizing creatives and ad sets across platforms to drive high efficiency.
Managing affiliate marketing channels while ensuring the best quality users and minimizing fraud.
Reporting campaign results along with funnel trends and projections.
Required Skill-set:
1. Self-driven and a strong bias for action, fitment in startup culture
2. Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
3. Knowledge of the Paid Marketing ecosystem, attribution models, and segmentation /personalization on external communication channels.
4. Experienced in Google, Facebook, Programmatic, Affiliates, and digital mobile marketing channels.
5. 1-3 years of experience with a B2C consumer tech/e-commerce platform, in a digital marketing role
6. Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
7. Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
8. Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
