Job Description
Hi,
We are a lifestyle brand aiming to provide healthier and sustainable plant-based dairy alternatives. In our endeavor, we have first launched a dairy & lactose-free plant-based milk made of a unique blend of Oats, Cowpeas & Moongs named Pilk. We have just got backed by 100X.VC, Riddl, and a few other prominent Angels. We are building our core team and looking to hire dedicated, driven, and ambitious guys who can go in line with the Pilk mission of creating a plant-based ecosystem and helping billions of people to live a better lifestyle.
We are looking for 1-3 years of job experience candidate only who is passionate about working in a startup.
Job Scope:
• Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
• PPC, Facebook & Google Ads, Amazon ads, Email and WhatsApp marketing
• Coordinating content, design, social media, ppc and other activities
• Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects
• Blogs, backlinks, content, guest posting, infographics, Q&A, keyword research, ranking, organic growth
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and Executing successful SEO strategies
• Running Facebook and Google ads
• Conducting keyword researching
• On site & Off site optimization
• Tracking Imp. KPIs and their continuous optimization
• Up to date on lates SEO & marketing trends and their implementation
Skills:
• SEO
• PPC
• Facebook & Google adword
• Knowledge of current & standard SEO practices
• Familiarity with relevant tools
• Knowledge of HTML/ CSS
• Excel, Google docs, sheets & slides, MIS, Reports
• Market research, pricing research, competitor analysis
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English.
• Good interpersonal skills
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketer for different e-commerce and D2C brands.
• Have preferably worked in any food & beverage or CPG Startup.
• Self Driven, Passionate, and willing to put in the extra effort needed at startups.
