Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Digital Marketing Manager role based in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal, with flexibility for some work from home. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels to support brand awareness, client acquisition, and consultant recruitment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, overseeing paid and organic lead generation initiatives, and coordinating email and content marketing activities. The role will also involve monitoring and analyzing web analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to campaigns and landing pages. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, ensure consistent branding, and support business development goals.
Qualifications
• Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience developing and executing integrated online campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to manage, grow, and engage audiences across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability in Lead Generation, including creating and optimizing campaigns to drive qualified inquiries and conversions.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track performance and inform strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling marketing content.
• Experience in B2B or IT services marketing is preferred; familiarity with staffing or consulting environments is a plus.
