As the Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer will be responsible for
creating visually engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely
with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design assets that effectively
communicate our brand message. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to
detail, and proficiency in graphic design software.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns including, but
not limited to, social media, email newsletters, website banners, and online
advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and
campaign strategies aligned with our brand.
Ensure all creative materials are visually engaging, on-brand, and optimized for different
digital platforms.
Create content calendars and manage content delivery in coordination with broader
campaign planning.
Support the marketing team in building and executing integrated digital campaigns,
combining visuals with messaging for maximum impact.
Contribute to video production, basic motion graphics, and photography as needed.
Stay current with design and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without
compromising quality.
Apply broader marketing knowledge to ensure visual content aligns with overall
campaign goals (SEO, user experience, social engagement, etc.).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ master’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field.
3 years plus work experience as a graphic designer in a digital marketing or
advertising agency.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and
InDesign.
Strong portfolio of design work showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
