Prepare and send EDM newsletters via MailChimp (2 per month).
Confirm additional contacts for inclusion in newsletters.
Obtain artwork and copy from the team and compile into newsletters.
Report on performance and analytics of EDM campaigns.
Instagram Management
Prepare and schedule pre-approved posts for both grid and story formats.
Create visually appealing content reels using Canva and Photoshop.
Coordinate and schedule two paid social campaigns per month (product-focused and brand-focused).
Set audience criteria for paid social ads and manage campaigns.
Report on campaign performance.
Google Marketing
Review and improve website SEO optimization.
Manage Google paid ad campaigns for architectur
