About Company:
Jaey is India's first premium western workwear brand for women that is both size-inclusive and customizable. SizeYOU - tailored to your measurements - is our USP. We use a really cool AI-enabled virtual tailor for this, which can accurately capture 70+ body measurements with just two photos from your phone. We use a hybrid model and offer sizes ranging from XXS to 6XL for those who do not want tailored fits. Through this model, we aim to solve 2 core problems - (1) Lack of modern workwear styles for progressive and busy Indian women today, (2) Problem of sizing - size confusion, size unavailability for non-standard body types & bad fittings.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generating digital content daily like posts, graphics, animations, and videos for Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
2. Working on marketing communications and customer engagement campaigns Designing customer engagement campaigns on social media as well as email marketing
3. Running paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Google ads every week, testing the performances and costs per lead, cost per conversion, etc., and presenting weekly reports to the management
4. Working on branding and design and getting quality marketing materials printed
5. Working on all SEO activities such as content strategy, link-building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks
Who are we looking for:
1. An absolute self-starter who can work on their initiative and think creatively
2. Has in-depth knowledge and expertise in photo and video content creation, strategizing, and editing with the highest quality output
3. Creative writing and excellent command of English
4. Willingness to work overtime & ability to complete the deliverables within strict timelines
5. Bachelor's degree in marketing/BMM
6. Well-versed with photo and video editing software like Photoshop, Canva, and Premiere Pro
7. Available full-time on-site
8. Training in Google ad words, SEO, and Google analytics will be an added advantage
Location: Tilak Nagar, Kurla East, Mumbai
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th Feb'23 and 4th Apr'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 7,000 /month
