Turf Suppliers Canada is a family-owned business that has been supplying and installing premium artificial turf throughout British Columbia since 2016.
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to generate qualified leads—not just likes and followers.
If you're passionate about SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and growing businesses through digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts with one primary goal:
Generate high-quality leads that convert into sales.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Develop and implement SEO strategies
• Improve Google rankings and local SEO
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles
• Monitor website performance and increase conversion rates
• Create high-converting landing pages
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and Meta Business Suite
• Conduct keyword and competitor research
• Manage email marketing campaigns
• Recommend and implement new marketing initiatives
• Analyze ROI and prepare monthly performance reports
• Work closely with ownership to grow the business
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Proven success managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO and Local SEO
• Experience generating leads for service-based businesses
• Google Analytics & Google Search Console experience
• Experience improving website conversions
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
