Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing & social media to join our on-site team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and growing online presence across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals
• Create, curate, and manage content (text, image, video) across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
• Plan and run paid social media campaigns and collaborations
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage community interactions
• Stay up to date with current trends, hashtags, tools, and platform updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for branding, creatives, and campaign execution
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all channels
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of proven work experience in social media management
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
