Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall website visibility. The SEO Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, perform keyword research, monitor performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends.

• Working Days - Mon - Fri (10-7)
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, headers, URL structure, and internal linking.
• Optimize website performance, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience (UX).
• Monitor and analyse website traffic, performance metrics, and keyword rankings using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEM rush.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize SEO strategies based on performance data, industry changes, and emerging trends.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving organic search performance and driving results.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data to optimize SEO strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency in website development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant certifications are desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices through self-learning and professional development.
