Location: North Bangalore (Devanahalli)

About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Professional with proven experience in real estate marketing. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, enhance brand presence, and maximize ROI across platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Drive targeted traffic & generate leads for residential and commercial projects.
• Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, backlinks, blogs).
• Manage social media profiles & create engaging content.
• Track performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager.
• Prepare dashboards on leads, CPL, ROI, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversions.
• Work with creative/tech teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
Qualifications & Skills :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience in the real estate industry.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and maximize ROI.
