Job Description
Thieves Coffee is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Someone highly creative with a passion for all things social to implement marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
Full-time, on-site role

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Report to Managing director, assist in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Support and manage the creation of content development for omnichannel marketing platforms, EDMs, and other relevant forms of communication channels.
Collaborate and work with external agencies across all printed, digital, and visual mediums to develop compelling visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, partners, and influencers.
Maintain an organised marketing calendar of marketing activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Use web analytics and other reports to track campaign performance metrics to identify areas and opportunities to promote products and services and increase visibility within our markets.
Administer and manage the website (Shopify), EDM system (Klavyo) and other database assets such as Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
Strong understanding of all social media platforms, features and advertising
Copywriting and copy-editing skills
Proficient in Figma or Adobe Creative suite, Klavyo or similar EDM software, Facebook & Tiktok Business Manager.
A great eye for detail and ability to pick up on errors
Ability to plan ahead and multitask on multiple campaigns at a time.
Experience within either the online product subscription channel or the coffee industry is highly regarded
Up to date with the latest trends in marketing and industry updates
