Role Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Champion, you'll be a key player in driving our online presence and achieving our business goals. You'll develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that attract new customers, engage existing ones, and boost brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Campaign Execution: Create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing).
• Analytics and Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and management of high-quality content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Essential Prerequisites:
• 03-05 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot etc)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Experience in Hospitality Marketing will be given credence
Salary Bracket ₹4 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs Per Annum CTC
