About the RoleWere looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & SEO Executive who understands how to grow traffic, generate leads, and build brand visibility across digital platforms. Youll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that actually move numbers not just impressions.What Youll DoDevelop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits.Optimize on-page elements meta tags, headings, content structure, internal linking, etc.Plan and run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns when required.Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.Collaborate with the content and design team to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets.Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms.Suggest data-backed improvements for conversion rates and user engagement.Stay updated on algorithm changes, marketing trends, and new digital tools.What Youll Bring13 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (agency or brand side).Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards.Good understanding of content marketing and keyword intent.Comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Tag Manager.Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and turn insights into action.Strong communication and coordination skills.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience with WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.Basic knowledge of HTML, schema markup, or Core Web Vitals.Exposure to email automation or WhatsApp marketing tools.A genuine interest in restaurants, retail, or SaaS products (since thats our world).What Youll GetFast-paced learning with full ownership of projects.Opportunity to experiment and implement your own strategies.Work directly with the founding and growth team.Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
