Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Analyse campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and deliverables.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery.
Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.
Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in managing client accounts
Ability to analyse data effectively and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Strong organisational skills with a focus on time management.
