Digital Marketer with AI Expertise and Web Development Skills

Are you a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for web design, AI, and human psychology? We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketer to join our team and take charge of our content strategy, web traffic growth, and digital presence.
If you thrive on creating compelling content, know how to leverage AI tools, and have a good understanding of psychology, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content across multiple channels (blogs, social media, email, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Traffic Growth: Drive organic and paid traffic to our website through effective SEO, PPC, and social media strategies. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools for content generation, audience targeting, data analysis, and marketing automation to streamline processes and boost effectiveness.
- Web Development & Design: Direct and organise developers to ensure our website is optimized for performance, UX, and conversion. Make minor website updates as needed.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to innovate and execute new ideas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record in content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media management.
- Proficiency in AI Tools: Hands-on experience with AI platforms for content creation, data analysis, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.).
- Web Development/Design Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, WordPress, or similar CMS. Understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
