What you’ll need:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and able to work independently whilst also being a collaborative team player
Essential

Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk, Technical Support, or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and Mac environments.
Knowledge of hardware, software, device deployment, and user support.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and improving services.
Desirable

Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, or other cloud technologies.
Familiarity with networking equipment, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
Exposure to cybersecurity tools and information security best practices.
Understanding of information security standards and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST, or similar.
Experience supporting hybrid or multi-site environments.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certifications, Cisco Certifications, or ITIL Foundation

Responsibilities:

IT Support & Technology Services

Act as a key point of contact for IT support across the organisation.
Respond to, manage, and resolve technology-related issues, requests, and service improvements.
Configure, deploy, maintain, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, permissions management, and device provisioning.
Assist colleagues with business systems, applications, and technology-related queries.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, and support records.
Coordinate with third-party suppliers and service providers where required.
Deliver both remote and on-site support across the organisation.
Digital & Systems Support

Assist with the administration and maintenance of digital platforms, business systems, and cloud services.
Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and related technologies
Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and technology improvement initiatives.
Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies and business systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital and IT services.
Infrastructure, Networking & Security

Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
Support information security, cybersecurity, and endpoint protection activities.
Support backup, recovery, business continuity, and resilience processes.
Contribute to infrastructure, security, and technology projects.
Assist with governance, compliance, and security-related activities.
General Responsibilities

Participate in IT, digital, and organisational improvement projects.
Build effective working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
Maintain a professional, responsive, and collaborative approach when supporting colleagues.
Support multiple office locations and remote users where required.
Undertake other duties consistent with the nature and level of the role.
