❖ Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the digital roadmap aligned with Kanalytics’ overall business objectives. Identify emerging trends in digital media, analytics, and technology to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Product & Technology Oversight Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital platforms, tools, and dashboards. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to enhance product capabilities.
Business Growth Drive digital innovation to expand client offerings and revenue streams. Partner with sales and marketing teams to position Kanalytics as a leader in digital media intelligence.
Team Management Build and mentor a high-performing digital team. Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous learning.
Client Engagement Translate complex digital insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients. Represent Kanalytics in industry forums, conferences, and client meetings as the digital thought leader.
❖ Qualifications
Proven experience (10+ years) in digital strategy, media analytics, or technology leadership.
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, social media platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
Track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative digital solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
