The Director will be a dynamic business leader with an ambitious mindset of taking the business to the next level in a flourishing sector of health & wellness. You will have first class knowledge, understanding & skills of digital, social media, digital media space with a flair for solving brand problems & wins business. You will have fair understanding of healthcare, happenings & competitor movement. You will report directly to the HLS MD. You'll continually track and evaluate performance and behaviour to ensure what we're building is delivering against our set tactics and targets on performance & people Job Description : Responsibilities: Business Management: Lead on planning and developing insight-based digital marketing strategies for brands & businesses Devise proactive & reactive strategies, services, products which will differentiate and add value to client's businesses giving us an edge over competition Ensure regular updating Key analytical and market intelligence tools Overseeing the delivery of work, management and tracking performance of on-going project activities, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and to budget Cross-selling/Up-selling of services Work collaboratively across teams (intra agency & inter agency) on the development of client opportunities both new and existing for the agency Regular Reporting on various activity and performance People Management: Lead, mentor to develop a high performing, agile team.
