We have an exciting role of Digital Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our digital production team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for creating high-performing visual assets for ecommerce ecosystems, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness across multiple retailers, marketplaces, and digital commerce touch points.
As a key player in our growing Mumbai studio, you will collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Account Teams, Developers, Production Specialists, and the Studio Manager to translate brand strategies into compelling ecommerce experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual Asset Creation& Adaptation
• Create and adapt high-quality visual assets for ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and online retailers
• Develop engaging Product Detail Pages(PDPs), brand stores, promotional campaigns, banners, and landing pages
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines while optimizing for digital commerce channels
Multi-Channel Digital Design
• Design responsive experiences optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet environments
• Create both static and motion assets for digital channels
• Produce compelling visual content in image, video, and rich media formats
Quality & Brand Consistency
• Maintain consistency and brand integrity across all ecommerce touchpoints
• Stay up to date with ecommerce design trends, platform requirements, and best practices
• Apply deep understanding of ecommerce creative best practices, content hierarchies, and conversion-focused design principles
Collaboration & Project Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets within tight deadlines
• Work effectively with Studio Manager, Creative Leads, Account Teams, and Technical teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail
Innovation & Technology Integration
• Explore and leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, innovation, and design quality
• Stay current with emerging technologies and platforms in digital ecommerce
Contribute ideas for process improvement and creative excellence
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience
• 5+ years of professional experience as an Ecommerce Designer or Digital Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce and digital design expertise across marketplaces, retailers, and direct-to-consumer environments
Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and collaborative design workflows
• Experience creating static and motion assets
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Sora, ChatGPT, etc.)
Knowledge & Expertise
• Deep understanding of ecommerce creative best practices and conversion-focused design principles
• Knowledge of retailer requirements and marketplace guidelines
• Ability to create compelling visual content across multiple formats
