Key Attributes: (1)Good understanding along with experience of at least 7-10 years in the area of Business Banking / Current Account business. (2) Conceptual understanding of Current Account opening - KYC grids & digital journeys (3) In addition to core knowledge of Business Banking/Current Accounts, previous experience with operations/process team will be added advantage (4) Good written & communication skills Job Role: (1)Managing day to day activities ( BAU ) for both Assisted & DIY journey Assisted - BAU ( All constitutions). - Managing Digi CA help desk which will consist of 6 member team ( 4 Out sourced + 2 On rolls ) - Help desk helps will help resolving tech queries & iron out understanding gaps of channel - Vendor discussion/ meetings with L1/L2 & understand RCA for production issues DIY - BAU ( All constitutions) - Lead a 5 member team ( 4 On rolls + 1 Outsourced) which will manage DIY journey - Provide assistance to DIY customers through Co-browsing services & Midoffice - Connect with customers and handle escalations if any (2) Study and ideate processes and regulations and provide solutions for easing out digital journey for sales teams as well as customers (3) Create regular MIS & Dashboards for monthly reviews (4) Will be a service point of contact for accounts through Alliance (4) Will be responsible for audit & regular check on the process & functioning of DIY journey (5) Coordinate with other verticals like BSG, IT, Compliance, Legal etc Job requirements: An MBA from a good Institute with 8-12 years of experience in Banking, preferably in Retail Liabilities
